DYNAMATRIX® PS-1 Penetrating Sealant is a clear and transparent sealer formulated to protect pavers, concrete surfaces, cementitious surfaces, their joints, masonry brick, and stucco against stains, dust, dirt, water, acid rain, chemical attack, fungus, salt, UV rays, and efflorescence damage. PS-1 also protects from freeze/thaw damage such as spalling or bubbling rendered by the harshest climates. Treated surfaces develop hydrophobic properties. Non-film forming and will not make surface slippery. Surfaces that are treated with this product absorb significantly less and yet the surface develops no change in moisture vapor transmission.
